Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

• The item is damaged upon arrival
• The wrong item was received
• The item has a manufacturing defect

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Photos or videos may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Personal-use items where hygiene regulations apply

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
